19日 我国“十五”期间将以可持续发展为前提,建立客运快速化和货运物流化的智能型综合交通运输体系。发展智能交通已经写入我国“十五”综合交通体系发展规划。智能交通系统是指将先进的信息技术、数据通讯传输技术、电子控制技术、计算机处理技术等应用于交通运输,实现各种运输方式的现代化。据了解,我国每年仅交通事故一项造成的人员伤亡就达40多万人。交通管理落后还带来道路拥挤、运输效率低下、城市污染等诸多问题。发展智能交通将有助于解决这些问题。据研究,采用智能交通后,每年交通事故死亡人数就可减少30％以上,并能提高交通工具的使用效率50％以上。
On the prerequisite of sustainable development during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period on the 19th, China will establish an intelligent integrated transportation system that will speed up passenger and freight logistics. The development of intelligent transportation has been written into the development plan of China's “10th Five-Year Plan” comprehensive transportation system. Intelligent transportation system refers to the advanced information technology, data communication transmission technology, electronic control technology, computer processing technology used in transportation, to achieve a variety of modes of transport modernization. It is understood that there are more than 400,000 casualties caused by only one traffic accident each year in our country. Traffic management is also behind the road congestion, transport inefficiencies, urban pollution and many other issues. Developing intelligent transportation will help solve these problems. According to the study, after using intelligent transportation, the annual death toll of traffic accidents can be reduced by more than 30%, and the use efficiency of vehicles can be raised by more than 50%.
