目的分析研究无缝隙全程护理在老年胶质瘤术后护理中的应用价值。方法抽取2013年1月至2016年3月在我院接受手术治疗的64例胶质瘤患者,随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组进行无缝隙全程护理。对两组患者术后及术后3个月癌因性疲乏及生活质量进行统计分析。结果手术后两组患者CFS及生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3个月后,观察组CFS及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙全程护理可有效改善提高老年胶质瘤患者术后生活质量,缓解因癌症造成的疲乏状态,具有一定临床价值,值得推广运用。
Objective To analyze the application value of seamless whole nursing in postoperative care of elderly glioma. Methods Sixty-four patients with glioma who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 32 in each group). Control group to implement routine care, observation group for seamless care. Two groups of patients after surgery and 3 months after cancer-related fatigue and quality of life for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in CFS and quality of life between the two groups after operation (P> 0.05). After 3 months, the CFS and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The seamless nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with glioma postoperative and alleviate the fatigue caused by cancer, which has certain clinical value and is worth promoting.
