工业萘经催化加氢制得精萘,实质上就是脱去其中的硫。化工部对精萘提出二项标准:1.硫脱到200ppm以下,2.四氢萘含量在3%以下。为达到其标准,关键是选择加氢催化性能良好的催化剂和评价出反应的最佳操作条件,为此,我们必须对工业萘加氢精制的产品(以下简称精萘)组成进行测定。硫含量用微库仑定硫仪或阮来镍法做控制分析。而四氢萘含量是用气相色谱法测定。
Industrial naphthalene by catalytic hydrogenation of refined naphthalene, which is essentially off the sulfur. Chemical Ministry of refined naphthalene proposed two criteria: 1. Sulfur off to 200ppm or less, 2. Tetrahydronaphthalene content below 3%. In order to reach its standard, the key is to choose a catalyst with good catalytic performance for hydrogenation and to evaluate the optimum operating conditions for the reaction. For this purpose, we must determine the composition of industrial naphthalene hydrofinished products (hereinafter referred to as refined naphthalene). Sulfur content with microcoulomb sulfur analyzer or Nguyen nickel method to do the control analysis. The tetrahydronaphthalene content was determined by gas chromatography.
