本文在冬小麦氮磷钾经济合理用量和适宜配比的研究条件下,探讨了氮磷配合施肥联合效应的生理基础.结果表明:在缺氮少磷的土壤上如果单纯施氮或单施磷植株均生长不好,这是因为单氮条件下植株首先磷不足,核酸含量低,磷代谢受阻.氮虽被吸收并引起硝酸还原酶活性增高,但蛋白氮含量较低,说明缺磷又影响氮代谢;单磷条件下植株首先氮不足,氮代谢水平低.虽然磷可被吸收,但核酸含量不高,也反映缺氮影响磷代谢;只有氮磷合理配合施用,植株不同形态含氮磷化合物数量和核酸与蛋白质含量都增高,这时氮磷比例协调,氮磷代谢正常,从而营养机能好,植株生长健壮,产量高并表现出联合效应.
This paper studied the physiological basis of the combined effect of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers under the conditions of economic rationality and suitable proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in winter wheat.The results showed that: The reason is that under the single nitrogen condition, the plants are deficient in phosphorus and low in nucleic acid, which hinders the metabolism of phosphorus. Although nitrogen is absorbed and the activity of nitrate reductase is increased, the content of protein nitrogen is low, indicating that phosphorus deficiency affects nitrogen Metabolism.Under the condition of single phosphorous, the plant was lack of nitrogen and low level of nitrogen metabolism.Although phosphorus could be absorbed, but the content of nucleic acid was not high, it also reflected the effect of nitrogen deficiency on the metabolism of phosphorus.Only the combination of nitrogen and phosphorus, Quantity and nucleic acid and protein content are increased, then the proportion of nitrogen and phosphorus coordination, nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism is normal, so good nutrition, plant growth and robust, high yield and showed a joint effect.
