神经肌肉电刺激在改善脑卒中患者运动功能方面起重要作用。现主要介绍神经肌肉电刺激在促进脑卒中患者运动功能恢复中的作用 ,讨论各种经皮和肌内刺激方法在临床上的功效 ,并对其临床应用和临床研究的未来发展提出建议。
Neuromuscular electrical stimulation plays an important role in improving motor function in stroke patients. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the role of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the recovery of motor function in patients with stroke, to discuss the clinical efficacy of various methods of percutaneous and intramuscular stimulation, and to make recommendations for its clinical application and clinical research in the future.
