为明确不同作用途径下三七化感作用的变化,筛选适宜的轮作植物,应用AMMI模型分析了三七对不同轮作植物化感作用的稳定性。研究结果表明:AMMI模型可应用于植物化感指数的稳定性分析,且优于传统的回归模型分析法;利用对应分析图能够直观评价各轮作植物的稳定性和作用途径(环境条件)的分辨力;鄂粳杂1号(g6)为强化感作用稳定型,而云瑞1号(g9)属弱化感作用稳定型,是较为理想的三七轮作植物。研究结果为筛选适宜与三七轮作的植物提供了新的方法,为建立合理轮作制度提供了理论和实验依据,同时对中药材种质资源合理评价也具有借鉴作用。
To clarify the allelopathic effect of Panax notoginseng under different pathways, the suitable crop plants were screened and the stability of the allelopathic effects of Panax notoginseng on different cropping plants was analyzed by AMMI model. The results show that the AMMI model can be applied to the stability analysis of plant allelopathic index and is superior to the traditional regression model analysis method. The corresponding analysis diagram can directly evaluate the stability of plantations and the resolution of the environmental pathways While that of Jinggong 1 (g6) was stable, while that of Yunrui 1 (g9) was a stable type of weakening, which was an ideal plant for Panax notoginseng. The results provide a new method for screening plants suitable for Panax notoginseng, providing theoretical and experimental basis for establishing a reasonable rotation system, and also provide reference for the reasonable evaluation of Chinese herbal medicines germplasm resources.
