[目的]了解不同学制高职护理专业学生的心理健康状况,为制订有效的心理卫生干预措施提供基线数据。[方法]采用SCL-90自评量表、爱森克人格问卷(EPQ),对郑州某职业技术学院护理专业不同学制的1656名女大学生进行调查。[结果]护理专业女大学生心理健康状况较全国平均水平差(t=3.1906,P﹤0.01)。3年制女大学生心理健康状况较5年制好(t=3.7637,P﹤0.01),3年制、5年制女大学生心理健康状况随年级的升高越来越差(t=3.7637,P﹤0.01)。[结论]研究女大学生心理健康教育体系,有助于促进和保持其心理健康。
[Objective] To understand the mental health status of high vocational nursing students with different academic backgrounds and to provide baseline data for formulating effective mental health interventions. [Methods] The SCL-90 self-rating scale and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to investigate 1656 female undergraduates of different academic programs of nursing specialty in Zhengzhou Polytechnic. [Results] The nursing college female students’ mental health was worse than the national average (t = 3.1906, P <0.01). The mental health of 3-year female college students was better than 5 years (t = 3.7637, P <0.01). The mental health status of 3-year and 5-year female college students became worse with the grade increasing (t = 3.7637, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Studying female college students mental health education system helps to promote and maintain their mental health.
