本文论述了保证优质高产的连铸坯凝固冷却的“冶金标准”,以某厂弧形连铸机为例计算了不同操作因素—拉速,比水量,二冷区各段水量分布,钢水过热度,液相穴内钢水对流运动和二冷水温度等对连铸坯凝固“冶金标准”的影响,给出了其影响的定量关系。并指出:拉速是影响液相穴深度和凝固壳厚度的主要因素,而比水量和水量分布是影响铸坯表面温度的主要因素。为合理控制操作参数,根据计算结果,整理出坯厚、拉速、比水量、液相穴深度和生产率之间的关系图,利用此图有助于选择合理的操作参数。
This paper discusses the “Metallurgical Standard” for the solidification and cooling of continuous casting billets to ensure high quality and high output. Taking an arc caster as an example, the calculation of different operating factors - pulling speed, specific water amount, water distribution in each section of the second cooling zone, Heat, the convection of molten steel in the liquid-phase cavity and the temperature of the secondary cooling water on the “metallurgical standard” of the solidification of continuous casting slab, the quantitative relationship of the influence is given. It is pointed out that the pulling speed is the main factor affecting the depth of liquid phase and the thickness of solidified shell, while the specific water and water distribution are the main factors affecting the surface temperature of slab. In order to control the operating parameters reasonably, according to the calculation results, the relationship between the blank thickness, pulling speed, specific water amount, depth of liquid phase and productivity is sorted out. This diagram helps to select the reasonable operation parameters.
