政工工作一直都是我国一种人力资源管理的特色方式。经过实践证实,将政工工作与人力资源管理相结合,对于保障企业、机构的人力资源管理工作的稳定运行和良好发展具有重要意义。在医院的人力资源管理工作中,政工工作同样发挥着不可替代的作用,笔者以医院政工工作在人力资源管理中的作用为入手点,分析了医院政工工作在人力资源管理中的应用现状、存在问题,并依据问题提出几点应对措施,以期能为类似的研究工作提供有价值的参考。
