单片机全称为单片微型计算机。单片机发展始于70年代,经过30多年的发展,由于其具有高集成度、低功耗、工作电压范围宽、价格便宜、使用方便等诸多优点而在广泛使用。通常单片机内部含有中央处理部件(CPU)、数据存储器(RAM)、程序存储器(ROM、EPROM、Flash ROM)、定时器、计数器和各种输入输出接口等。目前基于单片机的温度传感器设计的数字温度计已经很成熟,各种精度很高的温度计不断推出。数字温度计要求检测的精度必须高于控制的精确度,否则无从实现控制的精度要求。所以精度已经成为数字温度计的一项重要的性能参数。因此追求高精度是数字温度计的一个目标。
