针对直流电钻产品特点和开发过程,基于失效模式分析方法,首次提出了主FMEA概念。通过建立典型的直流电钻系统和零件清单,对每个主要部件进行不同类型的功能描述,并针对每一个功能提出潜在的失效模式,同时根据统一的标准评价体系对失效模式的影响进行风险量化评估,从而形成了较为完整的基于直流电钻的主FMEA通用模板。以此主FMEA作为基础,一款新型的直流电钻的完整的FMEA可以在短时间内分析完成,同时保障了失效风险分析和评估的全面性。把主FMEA应用于新产品的开发过程,可以有效缩短直流电钻的开发周期,提高产品质量,降低产品开发成本。
