随着科学技术的发展，煤矿生产机械化程度不断提高，大功率刮板输送机被广泛使用到综采工作面，在生产过程中断链事故时有发生，给工作面生产带来了严重的安全隐患，制约了工作面正常生产水平的发挥。因此，找出刮板输送机断链的原因，及时预防，减少断链事故的发生，才能确保工作面的安全生产。
