2012年下半年以来,各地频发的“房叔”、“房婶”事件让普通网民将住房信息系统视为反腐利器。近日,部分地区出台房屋信息查询规范,对输入姓名查询名下房产的“以人查房”方式作出约束。在“房多多”频被查出的大背景下,这些规定的出台格外引人注目。有网友表示支持,认为反腐诚然必要,但决不能以反腐的名义无视甚至纵容公民隐私被侵犯,不能为维护实体侵犯程序正义。也有网友质疑,以人查房可以规范无须禁止,否则难免让人觉得是否在借保护公民隐私之名掩护腐败。有专家认为,在保护普通公众住房信息隐私安全的同时,应当进一步完善公开官员房产监督管理制度。
