身体活动对促进青少年体质健康和控制体重有着极其重要的作用。身体活动不足是导致多种慢性非传染性疾病发生的重要危险因素之一。提高青少年身体活动水平是促进体质健康和预防慢性病发生的关键。本文综述了国内外青少年身体活动的干预研究,为提高青少年身体活动水平、进行体质健康综合干预提供理论依据。研究表明:通过健康教育、改变原有的体育课设置、提供支持性环境结合新媒体的应用等综合干预,可以促进青少年身体活动时间的增加。
Physical activity plays an extremely important role in promoting adolescent health and weight control. Inadequate physical activity is one of the major risk factors for the development of many chronic non-communicable diseases. Improving adolescent physical activity level is the key to promoting physical health and preventing chronic diseases. This article summarizes the research on the physical activity intervention of adolescents both at home and abroad, and provides a theoretical basis for improving adolescent physical activity and comprehensive physical health intervention. The research shows that comprehensive intervention such as health education, changing the original physical education curriculum setting, providing supportive environment and application of new media can promote the increase of young people’s physical activity time.
