目的:实现以病人为中心、提高服务质量的目标。方法:建立门诊计价收费药房发药网络系统,药物编码改革和科学摆放,改革病人的交费、取药程序和药剂人员的工作模式。结果:提高了服务质量,减轻劳动强度、提高管理水平,加强核算、提高经济效益及开展科研和帮助医院科学决策。结论:注意抓好人员培训,做好软件开发和硬件设计工作,有计划分步骤积极推行。
Objective: To achieve the goal of patient-centered service quality improvement. Methods: To set up outpatient pricing charges pharmacy drug delivery network system, drug coding reform and scientific display, the reform of patient payment, medication procedures and pharmacy staff work patterns. Results: Improve the service quality, reduce labor intensity, improve the management level, strengthen accounting, improve economic efficiency and carry out scientific research and help hospitals make scientific decisions. Conclusion: pay attention to personnel training, good software development and hardware design work, active and planned step by step.
