唐朝作为中国古代最为辉煌鼎盛的王朝,不仅在政治、经济、文化、军事、外交上取得了前所未有的成就,行政法的发展也极其突出。本文在介绍职官制度的基础上,通过对唐朝职官制度与现代社会制度的脉络联系以及唐朝职官制度的精神内核和负面影响研究,来阐述唐朝职官制度的现代意义。
As the most brilliant and dynastic dynasty in ancient China, the Tang Dynasty not only made unprecedented achievements in politics, economy, culture, military affairs and diplomacy, but also made the development of administrative law extremely prominent. Based on the introduction of the system of official officers, this article elaborates the modern significance of the system of official officers in the Tang Dynasty by examining the relationship between the official system of the Tang Dynasty and the modern social system and the spiritual core and negative impact of the Tang official system.
