文中对合成的钻井液用无机阳离子聚合物M941的性能进行研究,介绍了M941现场应用情况。室内研究和现场应用表明:加入M941配制的钻井液具有独特的流变性,适当提高膨润土含量有利于提高钻井液的剪切稀释能力;M941与常用降滤失剂的配伍性好,有强的抑制性,悬浮携砂、防塌能力强,加入M941配制的钻井液可有效地减轻对油气层的损害,与钾基聚合物钻井液相比,被损害的岩心渗透率恢复值提高10个百分点以上,显示出较强的保护油气层能力。
In this paper, the performance of inorganic cationic polymer M941 used in drilling fluid is studied, and the field application of M941 is introduced. The indoor research and field application show that the drilling fluid prepared by adding M941 has unique rheological properties. Appropriately increasing the content of bentonite helps to improve the shear dilution capacity of drilling fluid. M941 has good compatibility with common fluid loss control agent and strong inhibition The performance of the drilling fluid prepared by adding M941 can effectively reduce the damage to the hydrocarbon reservoir. Compared with the potassium-based polymer drilling fluid, the recovery value of the damaged core permeability is increased by more than 10% , Showing a strong ability to protect the reservoir.
