鄱阳湖生态经济区的八大产业布局规划中,九江发展的重点是炼油及化工产业基地。如何依靠科技进步推进鄱阳湖生态经济区新型工业化是当前需要研究的重要课题。基于此,本文结合科技工作职能,结合九江实际就如何避免和解决经济快速增长与生态环境保护之间的矛盾提出一些见解,以期为推进环鄱阳湖生态经济区新型工业化提供借鉴。
Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone of the eight industrial layout planning, Jiujiang development focus is refining and chemical industry base. How to Promote the New Industrialization of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone by Science and Technology is an Important Problem to be Studied at Present. Based on this, this article combined with science and technology work functions, combined with Jiujiang actual how to avoid and solve the contradiction between rapid economic growth and ecological environment protection put forward some views, with a view to promoting Poyang Lake eco-economic zone new industrialization to provide reference.
