本文通过分析高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的现状,明确高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的培养目标、培养内容和培养方式,发现高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式实施过程中的问题。并利用政府导向的扶持性政策,订立校企双方权责明确的法律条例,行业协会辅助协调促进合作沟通等对策来解决高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式实施过程中出现的问题,逐步实现我国职业教育人才培养模式的转型。
