抓好典型,对于加强基层组织建设不失为一种行之有效的方法和手段。然而,有的地方、有的领导抓典型却没有收到应有的效果,有的甚至变了味。笔者认为,抓典型除了要对典型有正确的理解和认识外,还应认真处理好以下五个方面的关系:一是本与末的关系。抓典型是为了激励先进,推进和指导全盘工作。而眼下有的单位有的领导干部抓典型却只是为了上级检查时有看头,汇报工作时有讲头,总结经验时有写头。
