目的了解绵阳地区疾病预防控制机构(疾控机构)的现状和存在的问题,为制定相应改进措施提供科学依据。方法从《中国疾病预防控制基本信息系统》中,收集2011年度绵阳市及11个县市区疾控机构上报基本信息材料,对基础设施建设、人力资源、仪器设备配置、开展检验项目等情况进行分析。结果绵阳市市级和县级疾控机构人均建筑面积分别为185 m2和119 m2,35~55岁年龄段职工分别占53.05%和54.80%,本科以上学历分别占52.17%和21.63%,中级以上职称分别占46.95%和28.12%,仪器设备达标率分别为92.37%和48.11%,检验项目达标率为分别89.82%和49.15%。结论绵阳市市级疾控机构基础建设、人力资源配置、检验综合能力等均达较优水平;但县级疾控机构人力资源配置结构不合理、基本设备投入不足、检验能力有待加强。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of disease prevention and control agencies (disease control agencies) in Mianyang and to provide scientific basis for formulating corresponding improvement measures. Methods From the “Basic Information System of Disease Control and Prevention in China”, we collected the basic information materials submitted by the CDC in Mianyang City and 11 counties in 2011 and carried out the inspection of infrastructure construction, human resources, equipment and facilities, analysis. Results The average per capita floor area of municipal and county CDC institutions in Mianyang City was 185 m2 and 119 m2 respectively, while those in the age group of 55-55 years old accounted for 53.05% and 54.80% respectively, accounting for 52.17% and 21.63% respectively, with a bachelor degree or above, The titles occupy 46.95% and 28.12% respectively, and the compliance rate of instruments and equipment reaches 92.37% and 48.11% respectively. The compliance rate of inspection items is 89.82% and 49.15% respectively. Conclusion Mianyang Municipal CDC’s infrastructure, human resources allocation and testing comprehensive ability reached the optimal level. However, the allocation structure of human resources in county-level CDC institutions was irrational, the input of basic equipment was insufficient, and the testing capability needs to be strengthened.
