在影响体操成绩的诸因素中,身体素质既是前提又是重要因素。通过对体育系60名女生的各项身体素质和体操成绩进行测试,用回归分析法,在EL-5103和LSI PDP-11/23(DEC)电子计算机上进行计算,得出结论,对体操成绩的提高影响最大,关系最密切折素质因素是臂力(拉力和推力),腹肌力以及腰(胯)的柔韧性。其中臂的推撑力和拉力是作用尤其显著而不能忽视的因素。为有效地促进体操成绩的提高,从身体素质这个角度出发,可以参照表中的各项素质指标,采用多种手段,在增强学生臂力,腹肌力和肩、腰柔韧性的同时,突出狠抓臂的推撑力和拉力的训练。
In the factors that affect the performance of gymnastics, physical fitness is a prerequisite and an important factor. Through the test of the physical quality and gymnastic performance of 60 female students in PE department, the regression analysis method was used to calculate on the EL-5103 and LSI PDP-11/23 (DEC) electronic computers.
