患儿 ,男 ,12岁。因鼻塞流脓涕 4年余于 2 0 0 1年 9月 16日来诊。患儿 4年前无明显诱因右侧鼻腔疼痛不适 ,鼻塞、流血、水样涕及脓涕 ,按鼻窦炎在在当地服用抗生素治疗 ,效果欠佳。专科检查见鼻小柱两侧皮肤红肿皴裂 ,鼻腔黏膜充血 ,双中下鼻甲稍肥大 ,中鼻道内有大量脓性分泌
