目的探讨平冲止呃方对局灶性脑梗死大鼠脑组织损伤的影响及其作用机制。方法 48只大鼠随机为6组,自拟平冲止呃方预防性给药后,采用光化学法建立大鼠局灶性脑梗死模型,观察各组脑组织细胞凋亡。结果 TUNEL阳性细胞数假手术组、模型组、平冲止呃方低剂量组、平冲止呃方中剂量组、平冲止呃方高剂量组、依达拉奉组分别为7.25±1.67、38.63±2.00、38.38±3.38、35.25±2.71、27.00±2.27、25.63±1.69。结论自拟平冲止呃方对局灶性脑梗死大鼠脑组织损伤具有保护作用,可能与促进缺血性脑损害时细胞凋亡过程终止并逆转等机制有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and its mechanism of Pingchongzhitang on brain injury in rats with focal cerebral infarction. Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. After prophylactic administration of Pingdu Zhirui, the models of focal cerebral infarction were established by photochemical method and the apoptosis of brain tissue in each group was observed. Results The number of TUNEL-positive cells in the sham-operated group, model group, Pingchongshuhue low-dose group, Ping-Chong-Zhihuan middle-dose group, Pingchong-erhuan high-dose group and edaravone group were 7.25 ± 1.67, 38.63 ± 2.00, 38.38 ± 3.38, 35.25 ± 2.71, 27.00 ± 2.27, 25.63 ± 1.69. Conclusions The self-made Pingchongzhi er group has a protective effect on brain tissue injury in focal cerebral infarction rats, which may be related to the mechanism of apoptosis termination and reversal during ischemic brain damage.
