甲基苯丙胺是一种苯丙胺类中枢神经系统兴奋剂,目前常出现此类药物滥用。血脑屏障是维持脑部微环境稳态,防止大脑受到致病性微生物侵袭及毒性分子作用的生理性动态屏障,其在维持大脑功能中作用非常重要。研究表明甲基苯丙胺能够通过血脑屏障对脑造成损害,但此过程中甲基苯丙胺是否损害血脑屏障及其机制尚不明确。本文对此进行综述,以期为相关研究提供依据参考。
Methamphetamine is a amphetamine-type central nervous system stimulant, and it is common today for such drugs to be abused. The blood-brain barrier is a physiological, dynamic barrier that maintains the homeostasis of the brain and prevents the brain from being attacked by pathogenic microorganisms and the action of toxic molecules, which plays an important role in maintaining brain function. Studies have shown that methamphetamine can damage the brain through the blood-brain barrier, but whether methamphetamine damages the blood-brain barrier and its mechanism is unclear. This article summarizes this, with a view to provide the basis for the relevant research reference.
