High temperature is an important factor inducing bacterial disase of the prawn (Penaeus orientalis).Water temperature over 35℃ apparetly stopped tested baculovirus from multiplying. High contents of ammonia-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen poison the prawn’s body, weaken its physique and may induce and worsen the disease.
