在狗的十二指肠浆膜面埋植银—氯化银双极电极,进行慢性实验,记录清醒状态下禁食18小时后的十二指肠电活动,观察静脉注射心得安、酚妥拉明阻断交感神经功能或切除迷走神经后,对十二指肠消化间期综合肌电周期性活动的影响。结果发现静注酚妥拉明阻断交感神经α受体后,Ⅰ相缩短,Ⅱ相增长,Ⅱ相中快波和慢波的振幅增加,快波的出现率增多。切除迷走神经后效应相反,但对消化间期综合肌电周期性活动的影响则不明显。
A silver-silver chloride bipolar electrode was embedded in the serosal surface of the dog’s duodenum. A chronic experiment was performed to record the electrical activity of the duodenum after fasting for 18 hours under awake condition. The effects of intravenous propranolol and phenytoin Lamin block sympathetic nerve function or excision of the vagus nerve, the duodenal digestive cycle of the comprehensive cycle of myoelectric activity. The results showed that intravenous injection of phentolamine blocked the sympathetic α receptor, phase Ⅰ shortening, Ⅱ phase growth, phase Ⅱ fast and slow wave amplitude increases, the occurrence of fast wave increased. After excising the vagus nerve, the effect was opposite, but the effect on the interquartile range of myoelectricity was not obvious.
