目的：探讨初生儿72小时内单侧唇裂手术的可行性。方法在患儿双侧眶下孔局麻对出生72小时内的先天性单侧唇裂患儿行唇裂整复术，术后常规护理，6-7天拆线出院。结果5例患儿均手术顺利，无任何意外，无明显并发症。结论初生儿72小时内在局麻下行单侧唇裂整复术安全可行。“,”Objective Inquiry into just born son the possibility of the single side cleft lips surgical operation in 72 hours.
