随着时代的发展,社会的进步,市场竞争日趋激烈,并且逐渐转变为人才的竞争,因此加强人力资源管理工作就变得尤为重要。目前,在我国企业人力资源管理中,还存在着一些问题,阻碍着企业的发展。文章针对目前企业人力资源管理中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并提出了企业人力资源管理创新发展的新策略,希望通过文章的分析,能够为相关人士提供一定的参考和借鉴。
