研究大豆分离蛋白经过环氧氯丙烷和己内酰胺化学改性,丙酸增塑之后来制取可生物降解材料。以材料的拉伸强度、伸长率以及吸水率作为考察指标,测得了最佳结果为伸长率216%、吸水率33%、拉伸强度9MPa。比较了不同改性体系下大豆分离蛋白可降解材料的性能,分析指出了环氧氯丙烷-己内酰胺体系对材料性能的影响,为今后的研究奠定了基础。
Study soy protein isolate after chemical modification of epichlorohydrin and caprolactam, plasticized propionic acid to prepare biodegradable materials. Tensile strength, elongation and water absorption of the material were taken as the index of investigation. The best results were 216% elongation, 33% water absorption and 9MPa tensile strength. The properties of degradable materials of soy protein isolate under different modified systems were compared. The influence of epichlorohydrin-caprolactam system on the properties of the materials was analyzed, which laid the foundation for the future research.
