一部志书能否成为经世致用的传世之作,能否经得起历史和社会的检验,是志书生命和价值之所在。要确保志书的生命和价值,主编起决定作用。主编的政治、业务素质,是确保志书质量的先导。只有主编具备较强的政治、业务素质。而且对其观念进行全面更新,编纂出来的志书才能溶思想性、科学性、整体性于一体,为两个文明建设服务。本文试图联系编纂实际,对如何实现主编观念更新问题作一粗浅探讨。
