定量分析实验中常遇到碘量法终点的“重蓝”现象。南京药学院主编的《分析化学实验》一书认为,如果不是很快变蓝,是由于空气中氧的氧化作用造成。我们在实验中发现滴定终点后“重蓝”的时间不一致, 这又是为什么呢? B·Manochin认为,这种现象可能是由于溶液中有痕迹Fe~(3+)存在,促进了I~(-)的氧化作用之故。若用H_3PO_4作酸化剂可避免干扰,得到良好的终点。
Quantitative analysis often encountered in the end of the iodometric method “heavy blue” phenomenon.
