●”非典”被列入《传染病防治法》我国政府已经宣布将”非典”列入《传染病防治法》法定传染病进行管理。根据规定,政府主管人员不得隐瞒、谎报疫情;医疗卫生机构不得拒收患病人员;患者及家属必须配合检查治疗。对于违反传染病防治法的有关规定,情节严重、构成犯罪的,可依照刑法有关规定追究刑事责任,刑期长者可达7年。
● “SARS” was included in “Law of Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases” My government has announced the inclusion of “SARS” in the legal infectious diseases of “Law of Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases”. According to regulations, government officials shall not hide or lie to the epidemic; medical and health institutions shall not refuse the sick; patients and their families must cooperate with the examination and treatment. Anyone who violates the relevant provisions of the law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases if the circumstances are serious and constitutes a crime may be prosecuted for criminal responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the criminal law and the term of imprisonment may be up to seven years.
