目的:建立混合表面活性剂增敏的石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬的新方法,并应用于健康人和孕妇血清铬的测定。方法:血清用1.0%TritonX-100和0.6%Tween80组成的混合表面活性剂稀释后,以硝酸钯为基底改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清中铬含量。结果:该法的线性范围为0.12μg/L~6.00μg/L,平均回收率为99.9%,批内和批间的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.64%~4.81%和3.11%~5.32%。结论:用混合表面活性剂增敏的石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬,方法灵敏度高、重复性及准确性好,适合临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method for the determination of serum chromium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with mixed surfactant as sensitizer, and to determine serum chromium in healthy and pregnant women. Methods: Serum samples were diluted with mixed surfactant consisting of 1.0% Triton X-100 and 0.6% Tween 80 and the content of chromium in serum was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with palladium nitrate as substrate modifier. Results: The linear range of this method was 0.12μg / L ~ 6.00μg / L. The average recovery was 99.9%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.64% ~ 4.81% and 3.11% ~ 5.32% . Conclusion: The method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of serum chromium with mixed surfactant has the advantages of high sensitivity, repeatability and accuracy, and is suitable for clinical application.
