目的对木贼属植物节节草Equisetum ramosissimum的化学成分进行系统研究。方法利用硅胶柱及其他多种色谱手段对节节草的化学成分进行分离;用UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等技术及与对照品对照进行鉴定。结果从节节草石油醚、三氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、乙醇萃取部位得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为3,4-二羟基肉桂酸(1)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、α-香树脂醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、β-胡萝卜苷(5)、无羁萜-3β-醇(6)、3,4′,5,7-四羟基黄酮(7)、芹菜素(8)、3,5,7,3′,4′-五羟基黄酮(9)、木犀草素(10)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸(11)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(12)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(13)。结论化合物1、2、6、7、9、11~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To systematically study the chemical constituents of Equisetum ramosissimum. Methods Silica gel column and other chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents of Artemisia ordosica. UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR techniques were used to identify the compounds. Results Thirteen compounds were obtained from the fractions of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and ethanol. The compounds were identified as 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid (1), apigenin-7-O-β- Glucoside (2), alpha-amyrin (3), beta-sitosterol (4), beta-daucosterol (7), apigenin (8), 3,5,7,3 ’, 4’-pentahydroxyflavone (9), luteolin (10), 3- methoxy-4- Hydroxycinnamic acid (11), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (12) and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (13). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 and 11 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
