面对着社会的快速发展和人们知识需求的激增及其知识转化与运用周期的不断缩短,传统的一次性高校教育模式显然不能适应当前日益增长的职业应变能力和知识创新能力,特别是对高校艺术教师而言,繁重的教学之余,如何选择一种合理的继续教育模式来改善陈旧的知识结构,提高艺术创新能力以适应本职工作的需求,就显得尤为重要。基于教育、教学的多元化目标和艺术专业的特殊性,本文将从校外培训模式、校本培训模式、科研驱动模式、展演带动模式和网络自学模式等多个方面加以探析,希冀以此构建全方位、多层次的高校艺术教师继续教育培训模式,以满足不同层次高校艺术教师的教育诉求。
