人的境界有高低之分,管理也有境界高低之分。讲管理境界必须先说清楚境界,进而再说管理境界。笔者愿抛砖引玉,与研究管理境界者共同探讨。现代汉语词典对境界有两个解释:一指土地边界,二指事物所达到的程度或表现的情况。古人还用境界来指人的处境,与境况相通。中国人赋予了境界太多的哲学内涵以及美学内涵,使其用来衡量人的觉悟程度或态度的表现,已然成为评价人处事的准则。任何人都有境界,区别在于高低。
There are levels of people’s realm, management has the level of distinction. To manage the realm must first clarify the realm and then say the realm of management. The author is willing to initiate discussion with the management of the realm of those who discuss. The modern Chinese dictionary has two interpretations of the realm: one refers to the boundary of the land and the degree or manifestation of the second finger. The ancients also use the realm to refer to the situation of a person and to communicate with the situation. The Chinese have given philosophical connotations of too much realm and aesthetic connotation so that they can be used as a criterion for assessors’ performance in measuring the degree of human consciousness or attitude. Anyone has a realm, the difference is high and low.
