腺苷及其受体与心肌保护的相关性研究比较早。腺苷的效应主要通过结合于心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞的受体而产生,腺苷A1受体激活后其通过复杂的信号转导机制引起心肌细胞多种心肌保护蛋白的产生,从而产生心肌保护作用,其信号转导的分子机制是目前研究的热点。文章综述了腺苷A1受体对心肌保护的分子机制的研究进展。
