在水稻螨类、飞虱及叶蝉等小型害虫的室内饲养中,若采用稻叶鞘保鲜技术,可使叶鞘段延缓老化,即可避免叶鞘枯黄和昆虫死亡率高等弊病。现将台湾梁文进(1980)在“不带水稻叶鞘腐败病菌之长毛细螨的室内饲养”一文(植保会刊1980,22(1):23—29)中使用的有关稻叶鞘保鲜技术及笔者在重庆北碚应用于室温条件下饲养鼹鼠跗线螨Tarsonemus talpae的保鲜效果介绍于后,供参考。 保鲜液配制 以10~(-5)M6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-Benzylamino purine或Benzyladenine)、100 ppm链霉素
