智能电网示范项目是智能电网健康发展的关键。为提高示范项目建设成功率,项目建设管理模式优选成为一项重要工作。结合智能电网示范项目的特点,详细介绍了DBB、EPC、PMC和CM四种工程项目管理模式的优缺点,建立了系统动力学理论的项目管理模式动态量化评价模型,采用智能电网示范项目相关信息进行了仿真测算,并验证了模型的可行性和有效性。结果表明,代理型CM管理模式更加适用于我国智能电网示范性工程项目。
Smart grid demonstration project is the key to the healthy development of smart grid. In order to improve the success rate of demonstration project construction, project construction management mode optimization has become an important task. Combined with the characteristics of smart grid demonstration project, this paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages of four project management modes of DBB, EPC, PMC and CM in detail, established the dynamic quantitative evaluation model of project management mode of system dynamics theory, adopted the information of smart grid demonstration project The simulation calculation is carried out, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified. The results show that the agent CM management model is more suitable for China’s smart grid demonstration projects.
