三 骨伤科 (一)急性软组织扭挫伤 急性软组织扭挫伤,包括皮肤、肌肉、肌腱、筋膜、韧带关节囊等的损伤,属于中医伤筋范围。 软组织的扭伤与挫伤又是两种不同的受力因素引起的损伤。扭伤为间接外力伤,多为扭闪、拉拧而伤及关节囊和韧带;挫伤为直接外力伤,多为压、砸、磕、碰、碾挤而伤及皮肤肌肉、筋膜等。

Sprains and contusions of soft tissues are also caused by two different stress factors. Sprains are indirect external injuries, mostly twisting, pulling and injuring joint capsules and ligaments; contusions are direct external injuries, mostly pressure, iliac, scrofula, bumps, rolling and injury to the skin muscles, fascia and so on.
