随着我国城市化进程的推进,一座拥有几百万人口的大都市,交通拥挤是最令人头痛的事。地铁由于具有客运能力强、舒适便捷等一系列的优点,因而已经成为大中型城市的重要基础设施。深圳地铁5号线连接城市西、中、东三条发展轴,是构成深圳市近中期线网的骨干线路。因车辆段占地面积大,给本已紧张的城市用地带来很大的压力,采用上盖物业建设模式相当于再造一块建设用地。本文以深圳地铁5号线塘朗车辆段工程的建设为例,谈谈地铁车辆段及其上盖物业开发的建设管理。

This article takes the construction of Tonglang Depot of Shenzhen Metro Line 5 as an example to talk about the construction management of the subway depot and its superstructure development.
