In this study, clonidine, an α2-receptor agonist, was used to reduce the plasma catecholamine concentration after hemorrhagic shock resuscitation to explore its effect on tissue perfusion. The results showed that after shock, although the pre-cycle load was supplemented, the concentrations of plasma epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) were still significantly higher than those before shock. After recovery of the volume of intravenous injection of clonidine 5μg / kg, plasma E, NE concentration was significantly reduced to pre-shock level.
