本文介绍了铝合金及铝基复合材料特大变形热反挤压(挤压比104:1)的模具设计和挤压工艺。经过此种挤压,铝合金LY12和以其为基的铸造复合材料均获得了前所未有的高超塑性。并且复合材料的强度和塑性均有提高。
This article describes the die design and extrusion processes for large deformation hot extrusion (extrusion ratio 104: 1) of aluminum and aluminum matrix composites. After this extrusion, the aluminum alloy LY12 and the foundry composite based on it have achieved an unprecedented superplasticity. And the strength and ductility of composite materials are improved.
