网络营销作为一种融网络技术与市场营销于一体的新型营销方式,以其快速、灵活、经济、个性化等优势提高了企业的竞争能力,但也存在着缺乏信任感、消费习惯还难以适应、技术和安全问题、竞争难度大等缺点。加快网络基础设施的建设和加强我国软件系统的开发以提高我国的信息化程度是发展我国网络营销最基本的前提条件;完善的物流体系、不断创新的组织结构、复合型网络营销人才的培养是当今中国企业开展网络营销应着重解决的三大难题;营造一个适宜网络营销发展的法律政策和经济环境是政府的当务之急。
