中小企业在促进地方经济发展和维护社会稳定中起着十分重要的作用。当前我省中小企业发展的状况不容乐观 ,如何促进中小企业发展 ,应引起我们的足够重视。对中小企业提供资金支持 ,解决融资困难 ,是促进中小企业发展的重要举措。根据湖北省政府领导同志的意见 ,由省政府办公厅、省经贸委、人行武汉分行有关同志组成的调查组 ,对黄冈市中小企业融资情况进行了调查。此调查材料对中小企业融资的基本状况及特点进行了较为细致的分析 ,指出了存在的突出问题 ,并探讨了解决这些问题的政策建议 SMEs play an important role in promoting local economic development and maintaining social stability. According to the opinions of the leading comrades of Hubei provincial government, the investigation team composed of the relevant comrades of the provincial government general office, the provincial economy and trade commission and the PBOC Wuhan Branch conducted a survey on the financing of SMEs in Huanggang City. The survey material conducted a more detailed analysis of the basic conditions and characteristics of SME financing, pointed out the outstanding problems, and discussed the policy recommendations to solve these problems
