2016年,是国网西安供电公司十三五规划起步之年,该公司开局谋先,起步谋赢,以电网建设为核心,创新配网管理模式,提升服务品质,企业显现了强劲发展势头。该公司2016年上半年以来,高压客户平均接电时间同比缩短24.21天,净增业扩报装容量212.25万千伏安,智能电表覆盖率达到100%,用电信息采集成功率、覆盖率达到99.1%、98.33%。电费回收率完成99.996%。
In 2016, it was the start of the 13th Five-Year Plan of State Grid Xi’an Power Supply Company. When the company started its business and started to seek win, the Company innovated the management pattern of distribution network and improved the service quality with the construction of power grid as the core. The enterprises showed a strong momentum of development. Since the first half of 2016, the Company’s high-voltage customers’ average power-on time has been reduced by 24.21 days as compared with that of the corresponding period of last year. The net additional installed capacity was 2.1225 million kVA and the smart meter coverage reached 100%. The success rate of electricity information collection reached the coverage rate 99.1%, 98.33%. Electricity recovery rate completed 99.996%.
