我厂从1978年开始对蒸汽机车煤轴镶入部进行超声波探伤。四年多来对1033台机车进行超声波探伤,发现裂纹轴735头。加工后超过厂修限度而报废的有237根。退检率为6.2%,报废率为4%。从目前超声波探伤退检情况来看,退检率在逐年下降。 1978年退检率为30%,报废率为25%; 1979年退检率为22%,报废率为14%; 1980年退检率为15%,报废率为3.5%; 1981年退检率为7%,报废率为2%; 1982年至11月退检率为1.6%,报废率为1.3%。
I plant from 1978 on the steam locomotive inlaid into the Department of ultrasonic flaw detection. In more than four years, 1033 locomotives were subjected to ultrasonic inspection and found to have 735 cracked shafts. After processing more than factory repair limits and scrapped there are 237. The check-out rate was 6.2% and the rejection rate was 4%. Judging from the current situation of ultrasonic testing retired, the rate of withdrawal is declining year by year. In 1978, the check-out rate was 30% and the rejection rate was 25%. In 1979, the check-out rate was 22% and the rejection rate was 14%. In 1980, the check-out rate was 15% and the retirement rate was 3.5% For the 7%, the scrap rate was 2%; from 1982 to November the withdrawal rate was 1.6%, the rejection rate was 1.3%.
