管—地电位的测量是评价埋地涂层金属管道阴极保护状况的最常用方法。但用常规方法测得的管—地电位中总含有一定的IR降,根据这些数据难于准确判断管道的阴极保护状况。管—地电位测量中的IR降必须设法加以消除。本文用电化学等效电路分析了IR降的产生及其影响,阐述了消除IR降的瞬时断电法和探头法的原理与局限,推荐用阴极保护多功能测量探头消除管—地电位测量中的IR降。
Tube - The measurement of ground potential is the most commonly used method for evaluating the cathodic protection of buried coated metal pipes. However, the conventional method of tube - ground potential always contains a certain IR drop, based on these data is difficult to accurately determine the pipeline cathodic protection status. The IR drop in the tube-ground potential measurement must be managed to eliminate it. In this paper, the electrochemical equivalent circuit analysis of the IR drop and its impact on the elimination of IR drop instantaneous power-off method and the principle and limitations of the probe method, recommended cathodic protection of multi-function probe to eliminate pipe-ground potential measurement IR drop.
