自我国铝工业进入高速发展阶段后,推动了预焙阳极生产规模的扩大,我国现已经成为全世界预焙阳极技术和装备的最大市场,各个国家先进的预焙阳极生产技术也在我国获得了交汇融合,这在一定程度上促进了我国在该项技术上的发展。然而,近年来的阳极质量问题逐步引起了国内铝行业的关注和重视,通过研究发现,导致阳极质量下降的主要原因是生产工艺。为此对铝用炭阳极的生产工艺进行优化改进已经势在必行。基于此点,本文就铝用炭阳极新工艺在生产中的运用进行浅谈。

China has now become the largest market for prebaked anode technology and equipment in the world. The advanced prebaked anode production technology in various countries has also been obtained in China Convergence, which to some extent, promoted our country in the technical development. However, in recent years, the problem of anode quality has gradually attracted the attention and attention of the domestic aluminum industry. The research shows that the main reason leading to the decline of anode quality is the production process. For this reason, it is imperative to optimize and improve the production process of aluminum carbon anode. Based on this point, this paper on the use of aluminum carbon anode new technology in the production of a brief talk.
